Shipping Information 
Pacific Outdoors does its best to make sure that our customers receive their products in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 3 business days via FedEx Ground. An email will be sent to you once the order has been received and another once the order has shipped with the tracking number. You can track the order on www.fedex.com.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

International Shipping
We do not ship to addresses outside of the continental United States.

APO/PO Boxes
We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes at this time.

Taxes will be charged for the following states:

Returns
Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges. If a return does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package, it will be refused. Please click on “Customer Service” on the top menu bar and fill out the E-Mail form to request a Return Authorization.

   · All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
 
   · All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. 

   · We do not issue return shipping labels. 

   · Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the purchase. 

   · Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.  Products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
